Cv Collection & Primary Assessment
At first, we collect the curriculum vitae of potential candidates and run a primary assessment, considering a few pre-selected criteria.

Physical Interview
The candidates who have successfully met the initial criteria are sorted out for the physical interview. The interview process consists of sets of questions correlated to work procedures. Here, the worker's general knowledge is sufficient to score well during the interview.

Practical Test
After completing the physical interview, the candidates have to sit for a practical test. We take the test with high-quality materials, ensuring the safety of the candidates.

X-Ray & Report
The candidates who pass the practical test have to undergo X-Ray and other health tests to prove their physical strength for doing construction work.

Police Clearance
After getting a positive result of the physical strength, the candidates must submit a police clearance certificate to the company, showing they have no criminal records to date.

Medical & Photo Submission
In this stage, a medical test and photo verification are done before signing the final contract with workers.

Contract Signing
